At Dundee University, Dominic spent his time running the poker society. All he studied was form, at nearby Perth Racecourse. A career in gambling was inevitable. He started at William Hill, then joined EDITEC, Africa’s largest retail betting operator.

In six years, he went from odds compiler to the company’s first ever Head of Online. He later moved to the Philippines and Kenya, managing retail and online operations for brands like Dafabet and MSW.

In 2021, after 13 years, he returned to his first love – writing. He now creates casino, poker and betting content while travelling.

He’s written for several well-known sites, including BetMGM, Natural8, PokerScout, CasinoBeats, CardPlayer and SlotJava.
