Grace Media to provide support services to IGP bingo brands

White-label online gaming service provider Grace Media will provide a variety of support services to Intergroup Partners (IGP) and its UK-based bingo brands. IGP, which operates UK Bingo, Chitchat Bingo, Bogof Bingo, and Panda Bingo, will receive customer relationship management, compliance, and payment support services, as well as fraud protection, from Grace Media, which recently announced four new senior appointments across its business.

According to recent figures, around 3.5 million people play online bingo in the UK and the industry generates approximately £500 million a year in revenue. 12% of online gamblers say they regularly play bingo games. The industry is dominated by major names like Tombola, Gala, Mecca, Sky Bingo, and Foxy Bingo.

But IGP’s brands, UK Bingo, Chitchat Bingo, Bogof Bingo, and Panda Bingo, are considered rising stars in the country’s digital bingo world. And, following their recent announcement, they will be backed by Grace Media’s white-label support services: an important element in managing sites in the heavily regulated UK iGaming sector.

Business director and co-founder of IGP, Lars Soderlund, said: “Partnering with Grace Media gives us access to a proven operational engine with the expertise to elevate our UK bingo portfolio. Their track record speaks for itself, and we’re looking forward to working closely with the Grace Media team to take these brands to the next level.”

As well as providing access to a portfolio of casino and other online gambling titles, Grace Media also offers support services such as customer relationship and communication management, invoice and payment management, and fraud protection services.

Grace Media is part of the Betable group, a fintech service company that offers services including the Betable wallet and white-label casino game platform.

In February, Grace Media announced the hiring of James Goodliffe as the head of sportsbook as well as Frazer McNaughton as head of compliance. Both new names brought extensive industry experience to the team having worked at Ladbrokes, William Hill, and Midnite. Chris Prentice was also promoted to the position of head of revenue & commercial partnerships, with Gary Barber taking up the role of marketing & operations director.

CEO Warren Jacobs said: “It is exciting to see the Grace Media team growing, and these appointments reflect our commitment to delivering the very best to our partners. James and Frazer add significant experience and know-how, while Chris and Gary are now even better positioned to drive the business forward. With such a strong team in place, it’s set to be a landmark year for Grace Media.”

This latest partnership, with IGP, will see the company providing operational support across IGP’s bingo brands.

Head of revenue and partnerships, Chris Prentice, said of the deal: “It’s fantastic to be welcoming IGP to the Grace Media network. We’re all about providing the support operators need to thrive in the UK market, and we’re confident our model will help IGP’s brands unlock new opportunities over the coming months and years.”
