National Lottery reveal over £6m in prizes are unclaimed: Could you be a lucky winner?

More than £6m in National Lottery prizes are currently unclaimed, with some only days away from reaching the six-month deadline winners have to claim.
The winning tickets include: a Valentine's Day EuroMillions, UK Millionaire Maker draws, as well as two Set For Life winning tickets and some smaller prizes too.

The first deadline expires on 22 April, meaning players only have a couple of weeks to take action. Prizes that remain unclaimed past the six-month deadline are given to National Lottery projects across the country.
Prize winners have 180 days, which is slightly less than six calendar months, to claim a prize.
Small prizes can be claimed from participating National Lottery retailers, while big prizes need to be claimed by calling the prize line.
One Set For Life ticket holder for the 24 October draw, sold in the Sevenoaks District, has until 22 April to claim their prize.
The winning numbers were 2, 11, 29, 37, 45, and Life Ball 6.
The Set For Life jackpot gives the winner £10,000 a month for 30 years, which is equivalent to £3.6m over that timeframe.
On 19 November, one lucky EuroMillions player matched five numbers and a star in the EuroMillions draw. The numbers drawn were 4, 13, 20, 28, 49, and Lucky Stars 7 and 12.
The player, who bought their ticket in Winchester, has until 18 May to claim the £321,840.60 prize.
The EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker draw on 27 December is currently unclaimed, and the £1m winner has until 25 June to claim their jackpot. The winning raffle number is XDQM36414 and the ticket was sold in Wiltshire.
In the EuroMillions main draw on 7 February, one player, who bought their ticket in the London Borough of Barnet, matched five numbers from 10, 23, 24, 29, 45, and Lucky Stars 8 and 10, to bag a £106,738.50 prize.
The player has until 6 August to claim.
A player who bought a EuroMillions ticket in Liverpool, for the £1m 14 February draw, was fortunate enough to match one of the UK Millionaire Maker numbers and has until 13 August to claim their million-pound prize.
Another Set For Life player, who bought their ticket in the Vale of Glamorgan has until 19 August to claim their £10,000 a month prize.
The player matched five numbers in the 20 February draw, which rewards £10,000 every month for one year. The draw numbers were 5, 8, 21, 26, 37 and Life Ball 1.
If these rewards are left unclaimed they will be donated to National Lottery projects across the country.
In 2024, the National Lottery handed out 383 prizes of £1m or more, which included a £177m EuroMillions jackpot paid out in the 26 November draw.
National Lottery projects have now received more than £50bn in donations since the draw’s inception in 1994.
Last year, 2024, marked the 30th year since the draw’s launch, and saw a significant change since changing from Camelot to Allwyn: the first time anybody other than Camelot has run the UK’s national lottery.
Allwyn has a 10-year licence that will run until 2034.
