Sportsbet.io are new sponsor for three major UK snooker events

Sportsbet.io has revealed that they are the new sponsor of snooker’s Players Championship, Tour Championship and Champion of Champions.

The three elite snooker events have signed a two-year deal with the operator. All of the events will be broadcast on ITV, and will receive global viewership from multiple international broadcasters as well as online coverage.

The three events will be held in March, April and November. Players Championship will be held at Telford International Centre from 17 March until 23 March 2025. Tour Championship will take place at Manchester Central from 31 March until 6 April, and Champions of Champions will take place later on in the year on 10 November until 16 November at Bolton Stadium Hotel.

Sportsbet.io is a bookmaker and casino and is the official partner of Championship football club Hull , and a club partner for Premier League team, Newcastle. The dual platform is also the official regional partner of La Liga.

As well as offering fiat services, the platform also provides crypto betting, due to it being part of the fintech and blockchain gaming brand, Yolo Group.

Only the top 16 in this season’s one-year ranking list will earn a place in Telford. Mark Allen won the Players Championship trophy last season, and as it stands he could be defending the title against the likes of world number one Judd Trump, World Champion Kyren Wilson, Mark Selby, Ronnie O'Sullivan and many more top snooker stars.

Meanwhile the Tour Championship , held in Manchester, will have an exclusive field reserved only for the top 12 players.
