BetComply brings its ComplyCheck tool to the UK

The regulatory compliance firm BetComply has bolstered its offering by expanding its coverage of the successful ComplyCheck tool to the UK market.

The handy tool was launched earlier in 2024, providing a self-assessment product to help licensed operators in the Netherlands to navigate the regulatory landscape.

After proving its regional success, the firm has expanded its availability to include the United Kingdom. With plans to add Estonia and the Canadian province of Ontario to its portfolio - markets known to have complex compliance requirements. This is a significant step for BetComply as they introduce their technology and try to make a mark in the busy UK market.

There will be a two-step process for operators looking to be licensed through ComplyCheck - powered by SG Certified. The first stage involves answering a select set of questions, to be analysed by an in-house team of regulatory experts from BetComply.
