Sekabet hire Lukas Podolski as brand ambassador

Turkish bookmaker, Sekabet, has partnered with 2014 FIFA World Cup winner, Lukas Podolski. 

The multi-year partnership between the operator and the professional footballer was brokered by Nick Hunter of P11 Group and will include fan giveaways, VIP promotions and exclusive content.

Sekabet has been building their football-related partnerships as of late, having recently signed deals with: AC Milan, S.S. Lazio, Athletic Bilbao and Girona FC. 

Podolski originates from Poland, but was eligible to play for both his birthland and Germany due to his Grandad being born in Germany; and he has had an incredibly active football career thus far. Since turning professional, Podolski has played for FC Köln, FC Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Vissel Kobe, Antalyaspor and is currently playing for Górnik Zabrze; to which he is signed until 2025. 

Alongside the multiple clubs he has represented throughout his career, Podolski has also played in some of the most prestigious international tournaments such as the 2006, 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups, and four European Championships.
