You will see some overlaps in site format and content with other Aspire brands such as Mr.Play and Bzeebet, but Betmaze stands out due to its extensive sports offering. Over 40 sports are available to bet on, with certain markets you won’t find on other sites.

The main page of the site does appear too busy at first glance, but if you aren’t distracted by this, it is easy enough to find the markets you need with the long list of options on the left side of the screen.

User experience and interface

Ok, so this is where we found some minor issues with the offering at Betmaze. 

The platform can’t be faulted for its user experience in terms of sports and bet availability, but the site layout and design could be improved to enhance the overall feel and experience. 

It is not a major problem, but the site appears cluttered and too busy, with various markets and betting options condensed together instead of being set on separate pages.

The interface can take some getting used to, especially the various drop-down options, but stick with it. If the layout is not much of a problem for you, you will enjoy this site for the extensive betting options available.

Mobile and app compatibility

There is no Betmaze app, but the site is fully optimised for seamless play across its mobile and desktop versions.

Given the early stage of this platform, Aspire could choose to release an app if Betmaze continues to progress. 

Right now, it is not required, and you won’t miss a dedicated app. Everything you need can be found and utilised via desktop or mobile.

VIP programmes and loyalty rewards 

Similarly to the lack of an app, at present, there is no dedicated VIP programme or loyalty reward system on Betmaze.

The 24/7 live chat facility is only visible to logged-in users, but the initial chatbot response can be clunky and frustrating before you can be connected to a live agent for direct communication.

How do I reset my password at Betmaze?

This is a fairly simple process, in line with other sites.
