Mr Play may not be the most well-known yet, but it appears an exciting up-and-coming UK sports betting operator, with its website and app delivering plenty of variety for bettors looking to bet on almost ANYTHING in the world of sports.

What is Mr Play all about?

Bonuses

Mr Play’s welcome bonus is a more than competitive offer compared to most other sites out there, with a ‘Bet £10, get £10’ (odds of over 1/1) offer which gives you a chance to sample the huge range of sports available. This bet must be placed within 14 days of signing up and will be settled within 14 days of placement. However, using PayPal, Netteler, Paysafe, Skrill or Skrill 1-tap will not be eligible for the bet token offer.

Available sports

Mr Play’s sports list is as comprehensive as you’ll find, with a boatload of sports and markets to get stuck into. If you’re a fan of esports, you’ll love the fact that the individual games/sports have been broken out and included as part of the sports list, rather than lumped together. And the presence of a few niche sports like floorball and handball should mean there’s something for everyone here.

User experience and interface

Mr Play’s website interface is excellent, and a familiar one to regular sports bettors. Everything is intuitive and where you’d expect it to be. The Mr Play branding bar across the top of the site offers quick links to the brand’s other products, and the big moustache at the top of the site is a great idea for brand awareness and identity. Overall, Mr Play’s site is an excellent one.

Mobile and app compatibility

The app and mobile site work well, with a simple toggle switch at the top of the site that jumps you from Mr Play’s sports betting site to its casino site. The layout and presentation is clear and easy to follow, and getting to your bet is easy. That isn’t reflected by the app’s ratings online, however, with Mr Play earning a rating of 2.2 from 147 reviews on Google Play, as well as a solitary one-star rating from a single reviewer on Apple’s App store. We think the app is significantly better than those ratings.

App Store: 1/5 stars (1 rating)

Google Play: 2.2/5 stars (147 reviews)

VIP programmes and loyalty rewards

At the time of our review, there was no clear VIP or loyalty rewards programme available for sports betting customers on Mr Play. However, there is an intriguing PlayBoost promotion that lets you boost your acca winnings if you place a 4-fold or greater acca at min odds of 1/5.
