Octoplay continues UK & Ireland expansion in latest deal with BoyleSports
Despite being a relatively new addition to the UK iGaming software scene, having launched in 2022, Octoplay continues to expand its reach in the lucrative but challenging UK market.
To further enhance its reach in the UK and Irish markets, Octoplay have signed a new partnership with BoyleSports. The deal will see the Irish bookies and online casino company offering Octoplay’s coveted slots to their players.

The deal represents the latest in a recent surge of UK partnerships, with Octoplay having recently announced deals with William Hill and Rank Group; and having already signed with Flutter to integrate its software into Paddy Power and Betfair sites too.
At the time of that deal, which represented Octoplay’s first foray into the UK market, CEO Carl Ejlertsson, said: “This deal takes us one step closer to our ultimate goal to be a supplier to all operators in core regulated markets across the world.”
Octoplay is also licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA), and the Romanian National Gambling Office (RNGO).
The partnership with BoyleSports is the third major deal with UK operators in the past few months. In October 2024, William Hill announced that it would offer a selection of Octoplay’s titles on its platform.
And in January, this year, the company announced another partnership, this time with Rank Group. Rank Group’s director of digital content and payments, Tom Orton, said:
“Integrating Octoplay’s portfolio across our full range of brands further enhances our gaming offering. Their commitment to quality and innovation aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver exciting and entertaining experiences in safe and rewarding environments.”
Popular Octoplay titles, now available through BoyleSports, include: Zeus Smash and Lollicat, while new releases include the recently launched 3 Energy Diamonds: Hold & Win, as well as Shaolin Panda: Hold & Win, Savannah Gold: Coin of the Wild, and Piggy Coin: Hold & Win.
Octoplay’s director of business development, Ralitsa Georgieva, said of the new deal: “This collaboration reinforces our strategic focus on the UK and Irish market and allows us to deliver our premium titles to an even broader audience.”
BoyleSports is an experienced name in the UK betting market, having been launched in 1982 by John Boyle. Today, the company has more than 250 betting shops and a successful online casino, which it launched in 2011 using Playtech software.
At the time of the launch, then-CEO John Boyle said: “We’re constantly reviewing our offering as it’s paramount we have best-in-class product offering across all the verticals; and with our new casino and website we can confidently state we have a truly fantastic product range.”
Meanwhile, James Stephenson, gaming manager for BoyleSports, said:
“Octoplay’s proven performance and strategic approach to game development made this collaboration an ideal fit for our game portfolio. Its strong results in the UK and Ireland, and its focus on premium quality complement our vision of delivering exceptional, responsible entertainment to our players.”
