In this competitive industry of offers and promotions, the welcome bonus for new customers at Bally’s consists of depositing £10 and playing it to get £20 worth of free bets. To qualify you must place a bet of at least £10 in cash on any sportsbook market, at odds of 1/2 (1.5) or greater.

You have 30 days from when you make your first deposit to place the qualifying bet. Once the qualifying bet has settled, the free bets will be credited to your account as 2 (two) £10 bet tokens.

    Available games

Bally Bet sportsbook has markets on all major sports and events in the sporting calendar. Football, Formula 1, Futsal, Gaelic Sports, Golf, Greyhounds, Handball, Horse Racing, Ice Hockey, Motorsports, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Snooker, TV & Novelty, Table Tennis and Tennis are just some of the sports you can bet on.

Additionally, Bally Bet offers bet builders and in-play betting as different types of bets that players can have.

    User experience and interface

Bally Bet has an easy-to-use website that new and experienced players will be able to navigate. On the top of the sportsbook page, you can navigate between ‘home’, ‘live now’, ‘starting soon’, explore your bets and play responsibly.

It’s also easy to find any information that you want when it comes to customer support or responsible gambling information. You just scroll down to the bottom of the main page, and all the information is easy to access.

This site is very clear and clean and provides the user with a good experience when playing. The loading times are fast, and the sportsbook works well when transitioning from one page to another.

    Mobile and app compatibility

Bally Bet has a functional but minimalist sportsbook app available for download on both Apple’s App Store and on Google Play.

User reviews are mixed on both platforms, and some players have complained of crashes. However, when using them both apps were easy-to-use, reliable and fast when moving between markets or changing betting slips.

    App Store: 4.8/5 (3.4k ratings)
Google Play Store: 4.5/5 (3.38k reviews)

    VIP programmes and loyalty rewards

Bally Bet doesn’t have any specific VIP programme for their customers. However, they do have plenty of different loyalty rewards such as profit boosts on acca’s, bet builders and selected horse races. They also payout on extra places for certain horse races as well.

Some restrictions do apply to these promotions, but they are not big ones and are fair, such as betting odds that your bet must meet.

Diving deeper into Bally Bet sportsbook

    Licensing

Bally Bet is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, Gibraltar Gambling Commission and the Irish Office of the Revenue Commissioners. This means that your play is completely protected in multiple jurisdictions too.

Also, none of these regulators would licence a gambling site unless it was safe and secure for all their players.

    Payment methods

Bally Bet doesn’t have many payment options for their customers. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay are the options available. All these options are reliable ones, and many sportsbook sites use them.

Bally Bet do not have any processing fees for their players and there are no crypto options either. Withdrawal time for all the options available are between 1-3 working days.

    Security and fairness

Bally Bet is a secure and fair site that has been licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, Gibraltar Gambling Commission and the Irish Office of the Revenue Commissioners. If this site wasn’t secure and fair, then they would not be able to get a licence from these industry regulators.

The site uses SSL encryption technology to safeguard player data and financial transactions. The platform meets regulatory security standards, and it offers players comfort at the idea of their personal information remaining secure.

The sportsbook ensures transparent and competitive odds for all the markets it puts up to be fair for its players.

    Responsible gambling measures

At the top of the page there is a menu where you will find a ‘play responsibly’ button. Click on that and it will take you to a page filled with information.

It will tell you about different steps that you can take to limit any gambling issues that any of their players might have. It tells you how to set limits, self-exclude or give yourself a time out.

They also have lots of links to other companies or charities that can help people with their gambling concerns. Gamble Aware, Gamcare and Gambling Therapy are examples of this. These tools reflect Bally Bet’s willingness to commit to safer gambling practices and the wellbeing of their customers.

    FIRST rating

    4.6/5

Bally Bet doesn’t have many downsides other than the lack of banking options and a relatively small welcome bonus. However, the banking options are the most common options for customers and the bonus is still decent.

With a comprehensive sportsbook, offering you markets on all the major sporting events, Bally Bet leaves no stone unturned. All customers can bet on every sport whether it be football, cycling, golf, tennis, rugby, American sports and a lot more.

The mobile app works well and although there are some negative reviews, it was fully operational and worked well for us. When you withdraw money there are no fees and 1-3 working days is not bad for entering your bank account.

They provide customers with a live chat and email support for any questions they might have. Also, they have lots of information for anyone who feels they need to gamble more responsibly.

Overall, this sportsbook ticks all the right boxes and is worth trying out for new and experienced sports bettors alike.
