Grand Slam of Darts 2025 odds: Littler favourite after a dazzling group stage
After four thrilling days of group stage action, the Grand Slam of Darts moves onto the knockout rounds from Wednesday evening.
Famed for its unique format and the chances of shocks occurring, this year was no different. Gary Anderson failed to make it out of the group stages for the first time in his career.

Elsewhere, Nathan Aspinall, Stephen Bunting, James Wade, Gian Van Veen and Jonny Clayton also failed to make it through to the last 16 in Wolverhampton.
As expected, Luke Littler won all three of his games, conceding just five legs in the process.
After our full breakdown and preview last week, he remains the favourite to win the title, but who are his main challengers heading into the knockout stage?
Luke Littler – 7/4
The teenager was in fine form across his three matches. He wasn’t expected to be challenged much in a group containing Daryl Gurney, Connor Scutt and Karel Sedlacek.
Littler went through the gears in automatic fashion, and his best has arguably yet to come. The group stage does serve as a nice warm up ahead of tougher tests later this week.
As such, he is 7/4 favourite at Betfred to claim a second Grand Slam title.
Luke Humphries – 7/2
Like his namesake, Humphries won all three group stage games. He even hit a fantastic nine-darter during his win over Michael Smith.
Humphries won this title in 2023, but fell in the group stage in 2024. Following runs to the final of both the World Grand Prix and European Championship, the Englishman looks to be hitting form at exactly the right time.
He is currently second in the betting market at odds of 7/2 courtesy of Betfred, which is also the case ahead of the PDC World Darts Championship odds too.
Gerwyn Price – 13/2
Price lost his first match against Ricky Evans, but bounced back to defeat James Wade and Stefan Bellmont, losing just one leg in the process.
A three-time winner of this event, the Welshman clearly excels in this format, something which could stand him in good stead heading into the last 16.
Indeed, he faces Martin Schindler next in what is a winnable match. Price is third favourite to win a fourth Grand Slam crown this year.
Michael van Gerwen – 9/1
Van Gerwen came through a final match decider against Gary Anderson to reach the knockout stages for the first time since 2023.
The Dutchman has won three Grand Slam crowns in his career, yet hasn’t gone beyond the semi-final stage since 2017.
His solid displays across his opening three matches indicate that odds of 9/1 are not to be sniffed at, that’s for sure.
Josh Rock – 9/1
Rock also came through his own last match decider, prevailing 5-2 against Van Veen to top the group.
The Northern Irishman suffered early exits at both the World Grand Prix and European Championship in recent months as he failed to capitalise on an excellent summer.
Could his superb display against the Dutch starlet be the catalyst for a much better showing at the Grand Slam? Only time will tell.
