Jack P. Shepherd and Danny Beard favourites to win Celebrity Big Brother

Jack P. Shepherd and Danny Beard are joint 2/1 favourites to be crowned Celebrity Big Brother champions as the competition nears completion. The housemates are facing the first-ever triple eviction in Tuesday’s episode after face-to-face evictions led to tears and awkward moments. 

This week’s triple eviction will be the last time the housemates will be able to nominate one another for evictions, and it will leave six celebrities vying for victory in Friday’s final.

So far in 2025, three contestants have been evicted and one left by mutual consent. Former Lichfield MP, Michael Fabricant, was the first to be evicted after being voted out by the public. Mickey Rourke left by mutual agreement, after receiving a warning for the use of homophobic language before former TV presenter Trish Goddard got the boot. The most recent eviction saw double Olympic gold medallist Daley Thompson become the latest star to leave the house. 

In Monday night’s episode, the contestants each had to nominate two fellow contestants. Nominations are usually made in the privacy of the diary room. But, in this case, the contestants were given Easter-themed eggs and baskets. They had to place their two eggs in the baskets of their nominees while giving reasons for their choices. 

After Chesney Hawkes voted for reality star Ella she began to cry, and after receiving further nominations she left the room. Angelica, Ella, Chris, Danny, and Patsy are all up for eviction. And, on Monday night, presenter Will Best announced there would be a triple eviction live on Tuesday night’s episode and one nominated housemate will be given the opportunity to save themselves at the cost of a fellow competitor.

Angelica Bell is the favourite to be evicted at odds of 2/5 with Ella Rae Wise also looking likely to leave the house, according to bookmakers who have priced her at 9/4 to be evicted. Patsy Palmer is currently 12/1 with Chris Hughes and Danny Beard priced at 14/1 and 50/1 respectively. 

Despite being up for eviction, Beard is the current joint-favourite to win the competition, priced at 2/1: the same odds as Jack P. Shepherd. JoJo Siwa isn’t too far behind in the betting, priced at 3/1. Despite being an early favourite, Chris Hughes is now considered an outside shot at 12/1 following accusations of game-playing. 

Celebrity Big Brother was reintroduced by ITV bosses last year after Channel 5 let the show go in 2018. Last year’s competition was won by reality TV star David Potts, beating fellow finalists Fern Britton, Nikita Kuzmin, Louis Walsh, and Colson Smith. This year’s competition comes to a head on Friday, 25 April, when the winner will be decided by public vote.
