What is LiveScore Bet all about?
Bonuses
LiveScore Bet doesn’t offer as many bonuses or offers as some of the other big players in the market, but the ones they do offer are pretty decent. Currently, their offer is to bet £10 or more on your first sports bet (minimum of 1.5 odds) to get £30 in free bets; and if you lose you will get up to £10 back.
Available sports
LiveScore Bet has a huge range of sports and markets to choose from and is one of the best in the UK market for live in-play betting which, considering LiveScore’s roots in live football score updates, only makes sense. In addition to all of the usual sporting suspects, there are also some rarely-seen sports on offer to bet on, including: floorball, lacrosse, sailing and chess.
User experience and interface
There are some nice little wrinkles to the LiveScore Bet site and app that show that they’ve given added thought to their customers during the design process. One example of this is the dedicated Premier League quick link in the sports list, so you don’t have to drill down the sections to get there via the usual football link. There are others, too and it all helps make LiveScore Bet’s site and app one of the most user-friendly on the market.
Mobile and app compatibility
I’ve reviewed the majority of the leading betting sites’ apps for FIRST and LiveScore Bet might just be my favourite app to use. The dark colour scheme appeals and isn’t harsh on the eyes, while the layout, design and font choice all make the app one of the best-looking on the market. In terms of usability and functionality, it works superbly and if you’re a football fan, the addition of LiveScore stats is an outstanding feature.
LiveScore Bet isn’t as well-known as some of the other big sites we’ve reviewed here, so the volume of reviews their app has received on App Store and Google Play is much lower. But the high ratings reflect an app that has had some real thought put into it.
App Store: 4.7/5 stars (6.7k ratings)
Google Play: 4.4/5 stars (1k reviews)
VIP programmes and loyalty rewards
During the time of our review, we weren’t able to find a specific loyalty programme for LiveScore Bet customers. But they are starting to roll out more bonuses and offers as they look to rival some of the bigger names in the sports betting space.
LiveScore Bet offer regular price boosts across a host of markets, which is always welcome, while their ‘squads’ promotion allows customers to log in every week day to reveal a Premier League player, then you can earn cash prizes for every goal your players score in the featured fixtures that week. It’s a unique game that helps encourage customers to log in each day, which for a bookmaker is a pretty smart way to bring people back to your site throughout the week.

Diving deeper into LiveScore Bet
Licensing
LiveScore Bet is licensed in the UK by the UK Gambling Commission.
Payment methods
When I opened an account with LiveScore Bet, my options for payment methods were relatively limited. I had the choice between card, PayPal or bank transfer via Trustly. That’s probably sufficient for most people, but the addition of Apple Pay/Google Pay and cryptocurrency options would open the door to more customers.
Security and fairness
LiveScore Bet is affiliated with the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) and also works with alternative dispute resolution entity eCOGRA to ensure their practices and resolution processes are fair.
Responsible gambling measures
LiveScore Bet offers deposit limits, reality checks, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options. It’s a solid package of responsible gambling measures, but other bookies offer more.
