What are Metropolitan Gaming all about?

    Bonuses

Unfortunately, Metropolitan Gaming doesn’t offer a welcome bonus for new sportsbook bettors.

They have a new customer offer available for their casino/slots but nothing for sport.

    Available sports

Metropolitan Gaming’s range of sports available is solid enough. You can bet on the usual popular sports from football to cricket, while esports and winter sport markets are also available if that’s your thing!

Their football coverage is pretty good and you can create your own bet builder. There’s more than enough team markets but there could be a few more player options. Player shots on target, player shots and player fouls would be welcomed.

I always like to check out the horse racing section and Metropolitan Gaming’s could use a little improvement. They have all the key meetings covered but race winner, forecasts and tricasts are the only markets available.

Place options and betting without markets would improve their section and it’s worth noting that when you go on a race on mobile, you’re instantly given a live greyhound video feed. Once it’s popped up you can click off it but it plays on every new horse racing page you go on which is slightly irritating!

Metropolitan Gaming has a dedicated in-play tab (at the bottom of the page on mobile) and their in-play section is one of the first things you see when you go on their homepage.

Pretty much everything is covered from football to esports. In-play events also have statistics and graphics to help bettors make informed decisions.

Metropolitan Gaming’s American sports coverage is also solid enough and you can create bet builders on the likes of the NFL and the NBA.

If you’re into esports, Metropolitan Gaming is worth checking out as they have a great array of markets. Call of Duty, Counter Strike, Dota2, Kings of Glory, League of Legends, Rainbow Six and Valorant all feature.

    User experience and interface

The user experience on Metropolitan Gaming is good enough. The site is relatively basic with a white and grey colour scheme but it does the job.

At the top of their homepage you’re greeted with their price boosts for big upcoming events and below that you’ll see their in-play section.

If you click on ‘highlights’ next to their in-play section, it’ll show odds for upcoming events including sports like football, tennis, basketball and cricket.

    Mobile and app compatibility

Metropolitan Gaming’s desktop and mobile sites are pretty much the same.

The only slight difference is where you’ll find the A-Z list of sports available. On mobile, there’s an ‘all sports’ tab on the top left of the screen which opens a drop-down menu. However, there’s more space on desktop so the whole list is just on the left of the screen.

At the bottom of the homepage on mobile there are also user-friendly tabs including home, in-play, my bets, betslip and more (boosts, favourites, bet builder and settings).

Metropolitan Gaming doesn't offer an app which isn’t ideal, and is a

    VIP programmes and loyalty rewards

Metropolitan Gaming doesn't offer a loyalty programme for new or existing bettors. Their only promotions are geared towards their casino site.

    Payment methods

Metropolitan Gaming has a great array of deposit and withdrawal options. You can deposit money into your account using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Paypal, Trustly, Skrill, Paysafecard and MuchBetter.

The minimum deposit is £10 for all methods. Remember, you can’t deposit money into your betting account with a credit card.

Their withdrawal options are the same apart from Paysafecard and the minimum withdrawal is £10.

    Security and fairness

At the bottom of the Metropolitan Gaming homepage, you’ll find a ‘Contact Us’ tab. There you will find their FAQs section and an enquiry form.

They also have a live chat option. You can get to this by clicking on your icon on the top right of the screen on mobile and clicking on ‘my account’. Click on the headset icon on the top left of the screen and you can speak to a member of their customer support team (after speaking to the virtual assistant first).

Metropolitan Gaming also has an email address which you can send enquiries too.

Metropolitan Gaming also says they are fully committed to safeguarding the privacy of their customers.

    Responsible gambling measures

Metropolitan Gaming’s responsible gambling information is at the bottom of their homepage under the ‘responsible gaming’ tab.

Click on the tab to find their tools available including deposit limits, loss limits, reality checks, time-outs and even self-exclusion.

At the bottom of their homepage they also have links to organisations including GamStop, GamCare, BeGambleAware and the Gambling Commission.
