SBK claim they're rewriting the sports betting experience and with them being a fairly new online bookmaker, having launched in 2019, they have plenty of time to continue to make their mark on the industry. SBK is a modern, app-favoured bookmaker, with lots of sports betting options and the site is incredibly competitive as it often pays out bigger odds than its competitors.

    What is SBK all about?

    Bonuses

SBK's welcome offer is as good as it gets across UK bookmakers. Your first deposit must be a minimum of £10. Once that's done, place a £10 bet at odds of evens (2.0) or greater and get £40 in free bets.

After your first bet has been settled, a free £10 football bet builder will appear in your account. But that is not all! Another £10 multiple, a £5 horse racing multiple and a £5 football bet builder will also be credited to your account within 24 hours.

It also doesn't stop here though, you are then given another £10 free bet 48 hours after the qualifying bet settles.

SBK also boasts a ‘Fresh Legs’ offer on football selections and I can see why people think it’s brilliant. If you've backed a player to score and they're substituted, the bet rolls over to the player that comes on. It's an enticing extra for players, as their bet keeps rolling!

    Available sports

SBK has markets for numerous sports but their main focus is football - they have their finger on the pulse when it comes to football betting. SBK has more markets than you could dream of for football games, including the Premier League and Champions League.

Their homepage is topped by odds for upcoming football matches as well as horse racing markets. SBK’s in-play tab is also decent and it offers a variety of sports markets, while there are also some statistics available to help bettors.

As well as their strong football coverage, if you are into American football, you will be glad to know that there are a fair few markets to tap into such as NCAA, NFL and CFL. Additionally, you can place a bet builder on NFL games too, as well as being able to participate in in-play betting on a variety of sports.

SBK have an array of esports markets on multiple tournaments from popular games such as League Of Legends, Dota 2 and CS2.

    User experience and interface

The colour scheme of a black background with white writing and a splash of green to draw your attention is simple yet effective; and is easy on the eye.

At SBK, the format is a little different on a web page compared to using the app. The homepage, sports, promotions and ‘my bets’ section sit on the left-hand side banner, making the site look a lot cleaner and less chaotic compared to other bookmakers. The desktop site doesn’t feature search access; but fear not, their app has you covered on that front.

Furthermore, for new customers, we found it incredibly quick and easy to sign up to this bookmaker and we didn’t have to sign up to access the site's offering; which is always a bonus as you can see what is available before you commit to any extent.

    Mobile and App compatibility

SBK’s app is modern and slick, with a simple yet effective layout making it easier for bettors. It’s very much an app-first approach. The app differs from the web page by having the sports and in-play options on the top banner, as well as having the sports listed in a separate section too, within the ‘search’ widget of the app. This makes the UX smooth and fast, with only one or two clicks to access what you want via the app.

    VIP programmes and loyalty rewards

SBK doesn’t have a VIP rewards programme but their odds are usually better than all other UK bookmakers, which is a huge bonus for many bettors. They entice customers with their brilliant welcome offer and people end up staying due to the better odds and bet builder bundles.
