Top of the Props: Groundhog Gueye, JPB with the SOT and will the real Marshall Munetsi please stand up?
Idrissa Gueye over 1.5 fouls committed for Everton vs West Ham – 49/50 – BetMGM
Saturday afternoon pits David Moyes against his previous club, West Ham, for the first time since his return to management in what could be a feisty affair with the two sides locked on 33 points and both looking to climb the table.
Idrissa Gueye is no stranger to feistiness, making more tackles than any other Premier League player this season. However, as you’d expect, he also mistimes his fair share, averaging 1.55 fouls per 90.

He’s made nine fouls in his last five league starts, suggesting that he’s become the man that Moyes relies upon as his midfield destroyer. In the reverse fixture, he landed this bet and was also booked, so he has previous against the Hammers.
West Ham’s midfield trio of Thomas Soucek, Edson Alvarez and Lucas Paqueta draw 4.15 fouls per 90 between them. If that wasn’t enough, Gueye will also have to keep an eye on the tricky Kudus dropping deep to pick up the ball.
With so many of Senegalese midfielder’s teammates who draw fouls and his love for getting stuck in, he feels a nice price for at least two infringements.
Jaden Philogene-Bidace over 0.5 shots on target for Ipswich vs Nottingham Forest – 19/20 – BetMGM
Ipswich’s seemingly futile efforts to remain in the Premier League see them entertain high-flying Nottingham Forest in what will be another tough afternoon against a side for whom Champions League qualification looks more a reality than a dream with every win.
The Tractor Boys have needed a hero, and January signing Jaden Philogene-Bidace has been doing his best to be that man.
The winger has been having plenty of efforts at goal with 11 shots in his last three starts with six of those finding the target. He also had a further three shots on target in the FA Cup tie with Coventry.
Nuno Espirito Santo has his side purring right now, however, these sides met just 12 days ago in the FA Cup, where Forest needed penalties to see off Ipswich and they allowed them four shots on target.
Philogene-Bidace didn’t start that day, but with nine shots on target in his last 326 minutes of football, he has to be backed for one at this price.
Marshall Munetsi over 0.5 shots on target for Wolves vs Southampton – 23/20 – BetMGM
Two of the Premier League’s worst sides meet at St Mary’s stadium with Wolves sat 17th but still 14 points above sorry Saints.
With talisman Matheus Cunha suspended, Marshall Munetsi has stepped up as a starter for Vitor Pereira.
The Zimbabwe international is making the most of his opportunity, scoring from one of his two shots on target against Everton last weekend.
He’s also found the target a couple of times from the bench in the last month, those efforts contributing to an average of 1.09 per 90 across all competitions.
Southampton are comfortably the worst side in the Premier League and are conceding 6.68 shots on target per game, one more than any other team in the division.
Ivan Juric’s side are nailed on to go down and aren’t putting up much of a fight, losing their last four games with an aggregate score of 14-2.
They’ve conceded 36 shots on target across those matches and are showing little in the way of defensive stability, so it looks like a great spot for Munetsi to take advantage and stake his claim for a more permanent starting berth.
Odds correct at the time of writing.
