What is Betgrouse all about?

Bonuses

While there’s an offer available for new customers, there’s precious little for existing ones, with no offers or promotions listed on the site’s promotions page at the time of our review. Hopefully that’s something Betgrouse can address in the coming months as they look to fight for a place in the busy UK sports betting market.

Available sports

Betgrouse offers a vast array of sports and markets and, in a departure from the way most bookies present them, individual esports are considered equal entities alongside ‘traditional’ sports. That means the likes of Counter-Strike and Rocket League are listed in the A-Z list as individual disciplines, rather than being thrown into one catch-all esports category. For dedicated esports bettors, that will be very well received.

User experience and interface

If you could describe the look and feel of the Betgrouse website in one word, it would be professional. While some sports betting sites look to entice customers with bright colours, bold fonts and dazzling imagery, Betgrouse is unashamedly to the point. It’s nicely designed, with a clean interface, but it's very businesslike, almost as if you were looking at a stock trading platform. I haven’t traded a stock or share in my life, but when it comes to the design and user experience of Betgrouse, I rather like the interface experience.

Mobile and app compatibility

The Betgrouse app is brand new, having only been added this year (2024). It’s running its second iteration and there are still some wrinkles to iron out. But once loaded, it looks smart and it's great as a functional bit of kit to allow you to quickly place bets on the go.

VIP programmes and loyalty rewards

At the time of our review, there was no VIP or loyalty rewards programme available for Betgrouse customers.
