Fulham betting statistics - 2024/25
Fulham boss Marco Silva rightly drew adulation earlier in the season. The Whites were flying high in the Premier League, while they had a genuine shot at domestic glory. However, the wheels fell off this Fulham machine in the final weeks of the campaign.
Silva could only watch on as the west London side endured an inconsistent finish.
Of those final 15 league games of the season, Fulham won seven and lost the other eight. A 3-0 loss to eventual winners Crystal Palace in the FA Cup in March saw their season end with a whimper rather than a bang.

Goals, shots, crosses and headers
In truth, a mid-table finish was about as much as Fulham deserved given their stats over the course of the season. Silva’s side scored 54 league goals last term, that ranking 12th in the Premier League, while only Tottenham (64) scored more of sides to finish in the bottom half of the table.
Team | Goals scored (bottom half teams) |
Tottenham | 64 |
Fulham | 54 |
Wolves | 54 |
Crystal Palace | 51 |
West Ham | 46 |
Similarly, Fulham’s return of 13.7 shots per game, while an improvement in ranking on the number of goals scored, was still ninth to further justify their 11th-placed finish. Of course, that haul was second of the sides to finish in the bottom half of the table, but points towards consolidation rather than a genuine desire to push on.
Team | Shots per game (bottom half teams) |
Man United | 13.9 |
Fulham | 13.7 |
Crystal Palace | 13.6 |
Tottenham | 13.1 |
West Ham | 12.5 |
To Fulham’s credit, that shots per game haul is better than sides that finished in the European spots, including Aston Villa (12.7) and Nottingham Forest (12.2). In addition, Silva deserves praise for the way he has conducted himself at Craven Cottage, particularly as he so often sees his star men prised away. Aleksandar Mitrovic departed in 2023, while Joao Palhinha left for Bayern last summer.
Team | Accurate crosses |
Fulham | 239 |
Bournemouth | 197 |
Brighton | 193 |
Arsenal | 184 |
Everton | 183 |
Even so, Silva had to tinker with his side’s game in order to maximise the personnel at his disposal, and he did so by routinely targeting the wings as a means of hurting opponents. Fulham, after all, made more accurate crosses (239) than any other team in the Premier League last season, a rise on the 180 the previous campaign.
With striker Raul Jimenez looking back to his best following a so-so debut season at Craven Cottage, Silva sought to capitalise upon the Mexican’s stature, and they did so impressively, scoring the fifth most headed goals (11) in the division. Of those 11, Jimenez scored three, the joint-eighth most.
Team | Headed goals |
Brentford | 14 |
Arsenal | 13 |
Nottingham Forest | 13 |
Liverpool | 12 |
Fulham | 11 |

Assists, goals conceded, shots conceded and saves
A key reason for the number of headed goals was the desire for the full-backs to push on and support the offensive. A crucial player in this quest to attack out wide was US international Antonee Robinson. The American has been linked with high profile moves in the past, and his attacking performances show why as he made more accurate crosses excluding corners (42) than any other player.
Player | Accurate crosses excl. corners |
Antonee Robinson | 42 |
Pedro Porro | 40 |
Milos Kerkez | 37 |
Pedro Neto | 36 |
Adama Traore | 30 |
With the desire to get forward, and handed the license to do so, it was only inevitable that Robinson would provide the requisite assists for his attacking teammates. The Whites left-back did, after all, register more assists (10) than any other defender in the division, that ranking fourth overall.
Player | Assists |
Mohamed Salah | 18 |
Jacob Murphy | 12 |
Anthony Elanga | 11 |
Antonee Robinson | 10 |
Bruno Fernandes | 10 |
That being said, at the other end of the pitch, Fulham weren’t exactly the most watertight side in the division. Indeed, they shipped 54 league goals, which was the ninth most, and ended the campaign with a goal difference of zero, this despite seeing out the season having conceded the seventh fewest shots per game (11.4) in England’s top tier.
Team | Shots conceded per game (bottom half teams) |
Fulham | 11.4 |
Wolves | 12.4 |
Everton | 12.6 |
Crystal Palace | 12.7 |
Tottenham | 13.7 |
Even so, goalkeeper Bernd Leno was one of the busiest in the Premier League last season, though was at times equal to the task. A return of 107 saves was the fifth most, with the German one of only seven shotstoppers to have reached triple figures for this metric.
Player | Saves |
Mark Flekken | 150 |
Aaron Ramsdale | 122 |
Jordan Pickford | 119 |
Matz Sels | 119 |
Bernd Leno | 107 |

Tackles, interceptions and accurate long balls
Another vital reason for the low shots conceded haul was due to the individual performances of Robinson. The 27-year-old’s defensive work has routinely come in for praise, and deservedly so. Notably, Robinson’s impressive work off the ball and reading of the game was again vital for Fulham.
Player | Tackles of defenders |
Daniel Munoz | 123 |
Noussair Mazraoui | 115 |
Antonee Robinson | 95 |
Tyrick Mitchell | 91 |
Neco Williams | 90 |
Robinson finished the Premier League season third for tackles made by defenders (95), that ranking him seventh overall. In addition, only Aaron Wan-Bissaka (66) made more interceptions than the Fulham star (62) in the 2024/25 Premier League campaign, to help boost Robinson’s stock.
Player | Interceptions |
Aaron Wan-Bissaka | 66 |
Antonee Robinson | 62 |
Ryan Gravenberch | 60 |
Jan Bednarek | 56 |
Virgil van Dijk | 56 |
The fine reading of the game allowed for Robinson to win the ball without needlessly diving in to make challenges that would have resulted in an opposition throw in or seen an opponent win the second ball. The USMNT star ranked 12th for right sided passes (685) in the Premier League last season, a metric that teammate Calvin Bassey (737) placed sixth for.
The onus was simple in the defence, then – give the ball to Joachim Andersen.
Team | Accurate long balls per game |
Everton | 26.6 |
Brentford | 25.3 |
Fulham | 24.2 |
West Ham | 23.7 |
Bournemouth | 23.1 |
Fulham ranked third for accurate long balls per game (24.2) in the Premier League last season as they sought to spread the ball and, given how little they attacked through the middle, stretch opponents by getting the ball to the flanks as quickly as possible.
Ultimately, centre-back Andersen was vital to this approach with Robinson and Bassey looking to get the Dane on the ball as frequently as possible to maximise his impressive range of passing.
Player | Accurate long balls per game of outfielders |
Joachim Andersen | 7 |
Bruno Fernandes | 4.5 |
Virgil van Dijk | 4.2 |
Fabian Schar | 4.1 |
Jan Paul van Hecke | 4 |
Andersen averaged more accurate long balls per game (7) than any other outfield player in England’s top tier last term, and the fourth most overall. The 29-year-old returned to Craven Cottage last summer after a three-year spell at Crystal Palace, and immediately established himself as a key man for Silva.
Fulham though are set to undergo a fairly important summer. They’ve lost Willian and Tom Cairney, two experienced heads in key areas of the pitch, and they’re yet to dip into the market. While previously a yo-yo club, they need to invest to ensure they again beat the drop.
A team of their stature can ill-afford to stand still and allow those around them to strengthen. Yet if they can keep their core stars – the likes of Robinson, Leno and Andersen – then there is a solid foundation for Silva to work with ahead of next season.
